Carmen's Apt in South Beach Miami 2015

We stayed in Carmen's apartment for 1 week. Carmen was very quick to respond to all messages and really nice to deal with. Below are the best points in relation to the apartment:
1) LOCATION - its just around the corner from the great beach; bus stop with 24h bus service is just in front of the door (bus S takes you to South Beach and u can buy 7 day unlimited rides ticket for 25 USD); area is full of bars, restaurants, laundry places (apt does not have washing machine), nice grocery shop and pharmacies
2) SIZE - apartment has a very comfortable size. Bedroom is very large, plenty of storage space, good size living room, kitchen and bathroom. Towels and Linen provided. Microwave, Fridge etc.
3) INTERNET - very stable connection - over 20 Mbps
4) PRICE - if want to stay in Miami Beach I believe its one of the best deals you can find (we paid 74 EUR per night / whole apt)
5) CLEAN - apartment is clean
